Just because a drug is sold over the counter doesn’t mean it’s safe for you.
For pain or injury, aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) has long been favoured as the drug of choice. It is one of the three most popular otc (over-the-counter) medications taken worldwide.
For exercise-related injuries, its benefits are numerous:

? It reduces inflammation.
? It reduces fever.
